Shipping Rates

Ground Shipping

We offer two options for shipping: ground freight at a competitive flat rate per pallet via our third-party trucking partner, and Fedex Ground shipping for single bag orders of 60kg bags (or less) for $129. Please note that we are not able to arrange shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located outside the contiguous 48 states and can arrange your own shipping from either of our warehouses, we will gladly release coffee to your preferred shipping company.

Warehouse Pickup

You can schedule a warehouse pickup and specify the pickup date and details in the comments box. After your order is finalized, you will receive an email with a delivery order, the warehouse address and pickup instructions. Please select the warehouse pickup option if you are arranging your own shipping, and let us know the name of the trucking company in the comments.

Please Note

You will receive tracking and delivery details by email as soon as they are available. Generally, online orders are released within one business day, and tracking is available after your shipment has been picked up.

An email with the PRO number will be sent to your email address once your order is in transit. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days after your coffee was released, please send an email to Outbound@cherryIshcoffee.com and we will provide you with an update.

The warehouse deadline for next day pickups/shipments is 2:00pm EST at Continental (NJ) and at 12:00 pm PST at The Annex (CA). Please note these are the warehouse deadlines for submitting all necessary paperwork; if you need your order to release the next day, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible in order to ensure we can make these cutoff times.

Orders cannot be split between two warehouses. If you need to order coffee from both Continental in New Jersey and The Annex in California, please create two separate orders: one for the coffee from each warehouse.

  • Although we use third-party shipping companies to deliver your coffee, if you encounter any issues with your shipment you can email CustomerService@cherryIshcoffee.com for assistance.

Shipping Rates

Rates are per pallet required to ship your order. Each pallet holds up to 1,600 pounds, or approximately 10 to 12 bags depending on bag size. When ordering online, choose "Ground Shipping" during checkout and your order will auto update using the below rates. Please remember to add any accessorials you may need.

Rates to Canada

Due to current shipping conditions, we are no longer able to offer flat pallet rates to Canada. If you are located in Canada, you are welcome to place your order via the website, and we will follow up with a quote from our shipping broker (you will not be charged until your shipping quote is approved). You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping -- just let us know in the delivery comments which carrier and customs broker you will be using.

Please note that a $60 customs fee will be added to all orders to Canada.

Accessorials are additional services that truckers may need to provide to deliver coffee to your address. When shopping online, please select all that apply during checkout.
